We conduct plant-based cooking and baking workshops for all. We also bake delicious plant-based bakes (including gluten-free), sourdough breads, and other naturally fermented drinks and pickles.
About Arti
Arti is the chef-owner of Flavourlab.
Chef Arti is a certified plant-based chef from The Blue Lotus cooking school, a Rouxbe plantbased pro graduate, Rouxbe vegan desserts graduate, and also certified in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies.
Arti began cooking traditional Indian Cuisine alongside her mother at a very young age and has continued her experiments over the years to include multiple cuisines, woven with her travels and experiences around the world. She launched her home-based F & B business in 2019 and later moved on to private dining and cooking workshops.
Arti's passion for creating flavoursome dishes has driven her from the beginning, and she is on a mission to make plant-based food delectable to all, including those with food sensitivies.
